THERE will be three Worcester and District Football League teams in the semi-finals of this season’s Worcestershire FA Sunday Premier Cup.
Brian Craven hit a hat-trick for Powick, who beat Grange Athletic 4-3, and Mike Hartshorn scored twice as holders Arrow 2000 went through 3-2 at Athletico.
Christian Wood put Upton Snodsbury ahead at Perrywood before Aaron Drake equalised to send the match into extra-time. However, a penalty shoot-out was required which Upton won 3-2.
Powick will meet Black Horse in the semi-finals with Upton Snodsbury hosting Arrow in the other tie.
The Worcester League also has two representatives in the WFA Sunday Minor Cup semi-finals.
Heenans Reserves won 6-3 at Northside, Anthony Smith cracking a hat-trick for Heenans, while Tom Reynolds did likewise for Northside.

Powick and VBL Sports battled to a 2-2 draw after extra-time in the WFA Saturday Minor Cup semi-finals before Powick won the penalty shoot-out 6-5. They now meet West Hagley in the final.
In the league’s Premier Division, Droitwich Spa Eagles’ Adam Croney hit a 35-yard screamer to seal the points for his team in their 2-1 win over Coppertops.
Callow End won 5-3 at Hallow Village with Luan Ghashi and Matt Atkinson both bagging a brace for the victors with Chris White doing likewise for Hallow.
The match of the day in Division One saw VBL Sports draw 3-3 with KGV Worcester, Devon Smith netting two for VBL.
Kempsey recorded a welcome 4-2 victory over AA Chequers with Lewis Hill notching a double for Kempsey.
WCT Sports made it 10 out of 10 at the top of Division Two with a 7-4 victory at Anchor Falcons.

Chris Mortimer, of the University of Worcester, netted five times as his side demolished Westside 7-1 and Alex Hughes bagged two for Cavalier Sports who beat Droitwich Spa Eagles Reserves 3-1.
The Bell are making a strong challenge for promotion in Division Five. Damon Groves scored twice as they won 4-1 against St George’s Reserves.
A single strike from Mike Fox gave Hornets Reserves victory at Worcester Rileys.
In Saturday Division Two, Shane Calder netted twice for The Railway Train as they beat Northway 3-2.
