SKIPPER Joe Leach is delighted with the contributions "from numbers one to eleven" in the Worcestershire side at present.
Leach says a real team effort has been responsible for the County's flying start to the campaign in the Specsavers County Championship and Royal London One-Day Cup.
Worcestershire have won all four Championship matches for the first time since 1964 with the latest being the eight-wicket success over Northamptonshire inside three days at Wantage Road.
That has followed on from topping the North Group in the One-Day Cup and sealing a money-spinning home semi-final against Yorkshire Vikings or Surrey on June 17.
Leach, who has taken 26 Championship wickets, said: "We are turning up at the moment, we are playing such good cricket, we don't care who we play, where we play, what (surface) we play on.
"We will give it a good crack and thankfully at the moment, games mean wins.
"I'm really happy with numbers one to eleven at the moment and loads of people are chipping in.
"We are a team. We've said that all along and it's good for us that the whole team are contributing."
Worcestershire were unable to hang on to a couple of half chances in the field during Northants second innings at Wantage Road.
But Leach said: "To string together four games like we have - and for those (half chances) to be the only obvious things that spring to mind - is very impressive at this stage of the season.
"Role on Sussex (at Hove) on Friday and the hard work starts again."
