WORCESTER City remain bottom of Vanarama National League North after a 3-1 defeat at Stalybridge Celtic today when both sides were reduced to 10 men.
Substitute Tristian Dunkley scored a late consolation for City, who picked up yet another red card this season when centre-half Tom Sharpe was dismissed for giving away a penalty.
Loan keeper Ethan Ross saved the spot-kick from Bohan Dixon and then Stalybridge's Alex Mudimu was sent off for a foul on midfielder Dean Waldron, who was stretchered off.
However, Stalybridge ran away with the second half with goals from Jack Higgins (2) and Chris Simm before Dunkley pulled one back late on.
City host Boston United at Aggborough in the league on Tuesday (7.45pm).
