WORCESTER City's players have the chance to bounce back from their disappointing display in midweek when they take on Sutton Coldfield on Friday night (7.45pm).
The Royals, who play in Evo-Stik Northern Premier, have agreed at short notice to go up against Carl Heeley's men at Coles Lane.
City were not scheduled to play again until Saturday, June 30 when they travel to Leamington in their final pre-season clash.
But having missed out on the opportunity to play in Saturday's Worcestershire FA Senior Cup final at Bromsgrove Sporting following their 2-0 defeat to Redditch United on Tuesday night, City have moved quickly to set up a fixture.
The tie will also give Heeley another chance to assess his squad ahead of their season opener against Harrogate Town on Saturday, August 6.
