WORCESTER City moved three points clear of the Vanarama National League North relegation zone after today's 1-1 home draw with Curzon Ashton.

Forward Jordan Murphy fired City into an eighth-minute lead in front of a crowd of 400 at Bromsgrove's Victoria Ground.

But Niall Cummins headed in a free-kick to level five minutes later for Curzon Ashton and there were no more goals.

The point moved City three clear of Gainsborough Trinity, who lost 1-0 at home to play-off chasers Stockport County, with four fixtures to go.
