THE Wildcats SSE Girls' Football Club in association with Worcester City and Worcestershire Football Association continues to be a great success.
Some of the girls attended City's Midland League game with Shepshed Dynamo as mascots and ball girls and thoroughly enjoyed themselves despite the rain.
The centre runs on Sundays from 10am until 11am at the University of Worcester and regularly attracts more than 20 girls of all abilities for fun-focused sessions.
The centre is aimed at providing girls aged five to 11 a pathway into football.
Worcestershire FA and Worcester City are committed to building the female game in Worcestershire and provide opportunities for girls to play for local charter standard clubs.
Due to the success they are now looking to create teams for the girls to play in and are looking for more players to come along.
