FLEXIBLE frontrunner Ben Robinson has signed for Worcester City from Shawbury United.
Manager John Snape revealed Robinson, who dual registered with Shawbury from AFC Telford United earlier in the season, had emerged as a target last week.
The forward wore number nine in United’s 2-0 defeat to City at the Victoria Ground six days ago.
“We have watched him a few times and of course, he has played against us recently too,” said Snape.
“His pace will give an added dimension to our front three or four positions.
"He can play up front, as part of a front two or out wide but the biggest thing he offers is an eagerness and willingness to get in behind teams.”
Robinson could debut in Thursday's home clash with Long Eaton United (7.45).
