WORCESTER City have further bolstered their striker department with the re-signing of potent Malvern Town frontman Kyonn Evans.

The 25-year-old from Lower Broadheath made his debut for City as a teenager in the 2010-11 National North campaign.

He returned to the club last season but only managed to find the back of the net once in a brief spell before rejoining Malvern.

After an impressive campaign with Town, manager John Snape offered Evans another chance to shine at his boyhood club ahead of the 2018-19 Midland League Premier Division campaign.

His signing follows the capture of striker Joe Bates from Bishop’s Cleeve while Snape has also retained forwards Dave Reynolds, Nick Turton and James Baldwin.
