Internet campaign for Marco

A CAMPAIGN has been launched on social networking website Facebook to keep Marco Adaggio at Worcester City.

The striker is on loan at Redditch United after falling out of favour at St George’s Lane but fans want caretaker manager Carl Heeley to bring him back.

The online group currently has more than 20 members.

Adaggio is joint leading marksman with nine goals this season and netted 14 last term.

Its not very edifying seeing so called supporters disrespecting the decisions of the manager in such a public way.
Its also disrespectful to the poor striker who plays instead of Adaggio, knowing that he's really not wanted by supporters.
Not very clever at all.

Are you suggesting that we support the manager in everything he does? This sounds too much like the doctrine of cabinet responsibility to me! I don't agree with a petition but there is not a problem with supporters letting the manager know how they feel. After all they pay his wages indirectly.

No, I'm suggesting we at least respect the managers decisions. He's the only one who has to make them, and rightly or wrongly he's made a decision.
The buck stops with the manager, he's the only one in the firing line, and as we as supporters don't know any of the background behind these decisions being made, how can we start petitioning against them?

I`m sure the bulk of supporters think the manager has got it dead right!

in all fairness he is joint top scorer and is better than other forwards we have. you wont find better on the buget we have. In the summer 6 clubs were after marco. he is just going though and rough patch.

Right, Lets Get This Straight, People Want Marco Adaggio Back At Worcs City, There Isnt A Prob With That, Making A Group N All, But You Dont Need To Say All That Stuff Bout It, I Agree That We Should Stay With The Managers Descision, But Sometimes We Might Not Agree On What The Manager Decides, So We Decide To Do Something About It.
There Is No Harm In That, Its Just Getting Out Of Hand.
