WORCESTER City’s clash against local rivals Gloucester City at the Victoria Ground tomorrow (7.45pm) will be segregated following “problems on the terraces” last season.

The Blue and Whites have confirmed Gloucester’s supporters will only have access to the North Stand terrace and Block E of the Main Stand, but not the social club.

To enter the ground, they will need to go via the north turnstile which can be accessed from north access road, with stewards present on the roadside to direct fans to the correct entrance.

City’s supporters will continue to enter via the main turnstiles and can use the South Terrace, Main Stand Terrace, Blocks A and B of the Main Stand and the social club.

A club spokesman said: “The decision on segregation has been taken with last season's problems on the terraces in mind but also with a view to our future fixtures at the Victoria Ground.

“We currently have a cap on our capacity until both the physical and safety factors of the stadium have been raised, successful management of segregated fixtures in the lead up to our inspection will go a long way to a possible increase in the stadiums capacity, prior to our fixture with Kidderminster on Boxing Day.”
