WORCESTER City have released the following details for their big FA Cup first-round tie at Sheffield United on Saturday, November 7 (3pm).

TICKET ARRANGEMENTS

MATCH TICKETS

£10 Adults. £5 Concessions (Senior citizens over 60). £5 Students in full-time education (with valid NUS card) and Young Adults (aged 18-21). £1 Juniors (under 18s).

Supporters who purchase concession or junior tickets are advised that proof of ID may be required on the day so should ensure they purchase the correct ticket.

Some form of ID should also be taken with you on match day to avoid any difficulties gaining admission to the ground.

An initial allocation of 2,200 tickets has been received and the club has been advised a total allocation of around 5,000 tickets will be available should we require them.

The club is very aware of the support given by season ticket holders but, given the short time available for the sale of tickets, we must put arrangements in place to allow everyone the opportunity to purchase their tickets.

This is particularly important as we have been advised there will be no pay on the day facility.

Season ticket holders should therefore purchase their tickets in accordance with the arrangements set out below.

However, they can be assured, in the unlikely event they cannot obtain tickets in this way, up to four tickets will be made available to them.

Should any season ticket holder experience any difficulty, they should contact the club at the earliest opportunity.

We have been advised by our colleagues at Sheffield United that the supporters will be required to sit in their allocated seat.

The club has also reserved a section of seats to enable families to sit in a family environment area.

When purchasing your tickets, you should state whether you wish to purchase tickets in this block.

Tickets will be available for purchase via the online shop and the Tourist Information Centre from Saturday, October 31.

Online ticket sales via the club shop will commence at 8am and tickets will be available from the Tourist Information Centre from 10am on Saturday.

Tickets will not be available for sale before the stated times.

The Tourist Information Centre’s opening hours are: Monday: 9.30am-5pm; Tuesday 9.30am-5pm; Wednesday 9.30am-5pm; Thursday 9.30am-5pm; Friday 9.30am-5pm; Saturday 10am-4pm; Sunday: Closed.

COACH TICKETS

The club will also be running a number of supporters’ coaches to the game.

The coaches will depart from Croft Road, Worcester, at 10am on Saturday, November 7.

Anyone booking coach tickets is advised to note they will need to be at Croft Road by 9.30am.

Coaches will leave Bramall Lane 30 minutes after the game ends.

Coach prices are: Adult £14. Junior (under 16) £10.

Coach tickets can also be purchased online or via the Tourist Information Centre and supporters are advised to purchase their coach and match tickets at the same time.

The club hopes that by putting these arrangements in place everyone gets the opportunity to purchase their tickets in a convenient manner and join the club on what will be a memorable day.
