  • About 60 supporters and shareholders packed into the Gheluvelt Suite where they received the club's accounts, which unveiled they had £649,996 left in the pot.
  • Anthony Hampson, Mike Davis and Colin Layland were re-elected while Carl Heeley, Martin Pinches, Julian Pugh, Joe Murphy and Mark Wilcox were elected onto the board.
  • During the two hour meeting, the directors were quizzed about the club's plans for the future, with Aggborough, the proposals for Perdiswell and ways at generating more money.
