ALEX Gudger topped the player ratings in Worcester City's battling 2-2 draw against National League North leaders Solihull Moors at Aggborough.

Worcester City (4-4-2): 6 Kitscha – had to cope with driving rain and strong winds which made kicking difficult and never looked completely at ease.

7 Minihan – another committed performance from the right back who covered plenty of ground and almost scored a sensational winner.

8 Sharpe – was a cool costumer at the back and flicked the ball on for Lee Hughes to score the equaliser late on.

8 GUDGER – won almost every header and put his body on the line in the closing stages as City clinched a draw. A heroic display worthy of man of the match.

6 Gater – the sooner City put him back in midfield the better as Solihull gained most of their success down his wing.

7 Nti – worked tirelessly to try to get crosses into the box and deserved more for his efforts.

6 Jackman – an up-and-down display from the skipper who broke forward on occasions but lost the ball too often.

6 S Donnallan – stayed disciplined in difficult conditions, but was guilty of taking too many touches at times.

6 Ologu – deservedly given the nod ahead of Jordan Murphy, the winger was keen to impress, but made little impact.

6 Burton – apart from his well-taken goal which turned the tide, the former Jamaica international had a quiet afternoon.

7 Perry – a strong debut from the big striker who looked determined to get on the ball and make something happen.
