WORCESTER City have arranged a general meeting for shareholders to discuss and vote on the club's future constitution.
The meeting was requested by Worcester City Supporters' Trust and has been set for Thursday, July 7, at 7pm although no venue has been specified.
A City statement added: "Further details, including the formal notice of the EGM, will be circulated to all shareholders shortly."
The trust had been looking to force a general meeting after not hearing back from the football club.
They have proposals to “save City” and want a vote from shareholders on proposed changes to the club's constitution.
The trust believe a new ownership model will keep City, who have about £530,000 left in the bank and are ground-sharing with Bromsgrove Sporting, alive.
Proposed amendments include the removal of a restriction on anyone owning more than one per cent of the company and allowing current shareholders to gift their shares to the trust.
