City (4-2-3-1)

7 Draper – strengthened his case for the number one jersey this season with an assured performance.

6 Gallinagh – returning to the side, the right-back put in another solid shift but Chris Chandler got in behind him a couple of times.

6 Oji – was caught flat-footed for FC United’s goal but showed his strengths as a robust defender after his horror show in midweek.

7 Hutchison – back in the heart of City’s defence, the 23-year-old was there when his side needed him.

8 WEIR – a welcome return for the left-back, who set up Colby Bishop’s equaliser and showed no signs of his ankle injury in a full-blooded display.

7 English – a bullish showing from the experienced midfielder, who made some important challenges when City were under pressure in the second half.

7 Jackman – showed what Worcester have been missing as his composure and leadership on the pitch gave his team-mates a boost.

7 Murphy – produced his best performance so far before being replaced on the hour mark and went agonisingly close to scoring with a volley.

6 Nelson-Addy – was lively on the ball but gave away numerous free-kicks and was sent off in injury-time after picking up his second yellow.

6 Steele – a real livewire for Worcester as he was constantly snapping at FC United’s players’ heels but missed a glorious chance to score with a free header.

7 Bishop – City may be without the suspended Lee Hughes but the young striker stepped into his shoes as he netted his second goal in a week and led the line superbly.
