Worcester City 0 AFC Telford United 0
Worcester City (4-4-2) 7 Boot – another calm and confident display from the on-loan keeper as he secured his third successive clean sheet.
8 GALLINAGH – made a series of crucial last-ditch tackles and blocks to keep Telford at bay and covered a lot of ground.
7 Sharpe – appeared to suffer a back injury midway through the first period, but battled on regardless and helped City hold firm.
7 Oji – after a hesitant start, the defender grew into the game and became a physical presence at the back.
7 Weir – did not show any signs of the hip injury which troubled him in midweek as he put in a strong shift in defence and attack.
7 Steele – once again showed off his ability to skip past tackles and was a constant threat down the right. 6 Jackman – a difficult day for City’s skipper who was often out-muscled by the towering Jonathan Royle.
7 Nelson-Addy – appears to be developing into a strong centre midfielder as he got stuck in and made a couple of surging runs.
6 Keane – kept plugging away, but wasted a number of opportunities to put Telford under pressure with disappointing crosses.
7 Bishop – a very lively performance from the young striker who was denied a goal in the dying seconds by a brilliant save.
6 Hughes – was not his usual clinical self in front of goal as he missed four good chances to give City the lead.
