Worcester City (4-2-3-1).
6 Ross – did not get close to stopping Rhys Murphy’s late penalty, but had kept his side in the match up until that point with some secure handling.
6 Gallinagh – gave his all before making way for Junior English 10 minutes after the interval, but his lack of pace allowed York opportunities to break.
7 Hutchison – was caught flat-footed when Jon Parkin netted his team’s second, but that was the only blip in an otherwise commanding display.
6 Sharpe – after a slow start, the centre-back defended resolutely before conceding a penalty on 86 minutes when he brought down Murphy.
7 Weir – had to receive medical attention early on, but picked himself up and forced a good save from Kyle Letheren on the stroke of half-time.
6 Jackman – struggled to impose himself in the opening period and gifted York a good chance with a sliced clearance, but was willing to do the dirty work.
6 J Keane – despite scoring an own goal, it was a decent showing from City’s recent recruit who stuck to his task in midfield and did a job at centre-back.
6 Evans – a frustrating afternoon for the winger who plugged away, but failed to cause the home side’s defence problems.
5 Nelson-Addy – appears to be bereft of confidence as he found it difficult to keep hold of the ball and was substituted shortly after getting booked.
7 C KEANE – showed plenty of endeavour and drove his team on in the second half as he whipped in a number of good deliveries. My man of the match.
6 Bishop - was carried off on a stretcher on 30 minutes after suffering a leg injury and was replaced by Jordan Murphy, who did well.
