Worcester City (4-4-2)
5 Ross – gave away a cheap free-kick when he caught the ball outside his area and continued to look shaky.
6 Chambers – played the full 90 minutes for the first time in a City shirt but was sloppy in possession at times.
6 Hutchison – conceded a penalty when he was adjudged to have hauled down Danny Newton but was otherwise solid.
7 J Keane – given the nod ahead of Sam Oji, the versatile player dealt superbly well with whatever was thrown at him.
6 Weir – not a faultless display but tried to make things happen for City, especially in the second half as his side searched for a winner.
5 Steele – forced a great save from Dan Jezeph with a free-kick late on but his delivery was disappointing for much of the game.
6 Digie – played several poor passes but worked hard to win the ball back as he showed desire to beat former City skipper Ellis Deeney in the air before Lee Hughes’ strike.
6 English – a decent showing from the midfielder who dug in defensively as he tackled well but lacked composure on the ball on occasions.
5 Nelson-Addy – made a bright start but wasted many good opportunities to exploit space left by Tamworth as his passes went astray.
6 Bishop – although he rarely got a shot away, he combined well with Hughes and was involved in some nice build-up play.
7 HUGHES – returning to the side after serving his four-match ban, the striker led from the front as skipper and scored a stunning goal. My man of the match.
