SHABIR Khan will return to Worcester City for pre-season training in a bid to win a deal.
The left-back and centre-half, 31, has played more than 180 times for the club since 2004 but took some time away from football.
In 2009 the Worcester youth product was called up to the Pakistan national team and scored against Bhutan.
Joint City manager John Snape said: "I am looking forward to working again with Shab. He brings a wealth of experience and could be instrumental for the coming season."
