WORCESTER City Supporters Club are calling on more fans to join their ranks.
The club, under the leadership of chairman Phil Gardner and vice-chairman Keith Chambers, currently have a membership of more than 50 but are keen to swell the numbers to remain financially viable.
Its main role is organising travel to away matches, the costs for which have remained unchanged for two seasons.
However, fans travelling in recent months have dropped as a result of both the team’s results and the recession.
Chambers said: “Like City, the supporters’ club may not be able to survive past the end of the season despite the current active committee members doing what they can.”
Travel to Saturday’s Blue Square South match at Havant and Waterlooville costs £15 for adults and £13 for juniors. For more details, call Keith on 07712-457698.
