SUFFOLK Rangers Under 16s' Jamie Insall was star man as they claimed the Mercian Festival Junior League's Reg Box Cup with a 6-1 victory over Ferndale Flyers.
Rangers started well in their bid for the league and cup double by taking a first-minute lead through Andy Richardson after a corner hit the bar.
Insall scored a superb second and Brad Birch added a third as they cranked up the pressure.

An own goal from Insall's cross and Martin Newman put Suffolk five goals up although Ferndale managed a consolation.
Goalkeeper Ryan Molloy dispatched a brilliant penalty for Suffolk to complete the scoring.
