WORCESTER Warriors flanker Sam Betty has been nominated for the Greene King IPA Championship January Player of the Month award.
Betty is the club's top tryscorer this season with 13 tries in 11 games, including six in three games during January.
He notched his first-ever hat-trick last month in the thrashing of Moseley and helped himself to a double in last weekend's home win over Doncaster Knights.
Betty will be up against Jack Walker (Yorkshire Carnegie), Marco Mama (Bristol Rugby) and Sean Romans (Nottingham) for the award.
