WORCESTER Warriors’ fans will have to wait a little longer to watch their side play on Sixways’ new artificial pitch after their first home pre-season fixture was rescheduled.
Warriors’ development match against Bristol will now take place on Friday, August 19 - a day later than previously scheduled.
The friendly will kick-off at 7.15pm and will see the two sides meet for the first time since their memorable Championship play-off final in 2015.
Warriors will then travel to the Channel Islands to face Jersey on Saturday, August 20 before returning to Sixways on Wednesday, August 24, for a second development fixture against Colwyn Bay's RGC 1404 (kick-off TBC).
The final pre-season clash sees a trip to Cork as Warriors battle Donncha O'Callaghan's former club Munster.
