FULL-TIME...

TOM Arscott and Kai Horstmann claimed injury-time tries as Worcester Warriors secured a 45-7 Championship victory over local rivals Moseley at Sixways.

Miles Benjamin's 70th-minute score sealed the hosts' bonus point, while Andy Goode and Joe Carlisle converted all six of the tries between them.

HALF-TIME...

The conditions are making life difficult for both sides, with the ball becoming increasingly slippery.

Warriors started strongly, though, running in three tries in the first 24 minutes through prop Adam Black (2) and wing Marcel Garvey.

Goode converted all three as well as adding a penalty, before Moseley hit back with a short-range score from loosehead Nathan Williams.

Warriors head coach Richard Hill has made five changes to the side that won at Doncaster in Worcester’s last outing.

Scrum-half Ollie Frost and prop Oliver Tomaszczyk are handed their first league starts of the season, while centre Alex Crockett, hooker Aleki Lutui and fly-half Joe Carlisle all return to the first XV.

However, on-song play-maker Carlisle has been selected ahead of Tom Arscott and Willie Walker at full-back with Andy Goode continuing in the number 10 jersey.

Warriors head coach Hill revealed that he laid into his mis-firing players after the uninspiring 37-18 win over Moseley at Billesley Common, but he is confident his squad know exactly what is expected of them now.
