SKIPPER Jean-Baptiste Bruzulier insists Worcester Cavaliers won’t be sacrificing their enterprising style for tonight’s Aviva A-League final against Saracens Storm at Sixways (7.30pm).

Worcester Warriors’ second string have been full of running rugby during an unbeaten campaign which reaches a climax this evening.

Bruzulier is a former Saracens player and says Worcester will not change the style which has brought them seven wins from seven in the A-League competition.

“We will be going out there to have some fun and enjoy ourselves,” said Bruzulier.

“The boys are buzzing for the final – can’t wait.

“We have already beaten Northampton, Gloucester and Bath in the competition and the team has been growing in confidence. The lads keep smiling and are enjoying it.

“The hard work is paying off and people are beginning to realise that Worcester are a good club and are rising to challenges we face.

“To win the A-League would be a massive achievement, for me, the club and the players.”

The Cavaliers topped the Northern Conference and sealed a place in their maiden A-League final after a 37-26 win against Bath United in front of more than 1,500 fans at Sixways.

Warriors are opening only the East Stand for the match and supporters can watch the action for free.

All supporters will need a ticket to enter the stadium and are asked to make a donation of £2 towards the Warriors Community Foundation.

Bruzulier said: “The support throughout the campaign has been great and that is one of the main reasons why we enjoy playing so much for the Cavaliers.

Storm won the Southern Conference and booked their spot in the final with a 46-35 home success over Newcastle Falcons.

Storm fly-half Nils Mordt says there is more to come from his side, who have scored 37 tries.

“It has been good to fine-tune our attacking shape a little more for Worcester,” said Mordt.

Bruzulier had an enjoyable spell at the London outfit around three years ago.

“I did the Premiership Sevens with them and then I got offered a one-year contract, and it gave me confidence to step up and play rugby in France,” he recalled.
