WORCESTER Warriors centre Ryan Mills has been banned for two weeks after making a dangerous tackle against Northampton Saints.
Mills pleaded guilty to the offence and is free to play again on Tuesday, December 6.
He will miss Saturday's Aviva Premiership trip to Exeter Chiefs (4.30pm) and the home West Midlands derby with Wasps on December 4 (3pm).
The incident occurred in the first half of last Friday's Premiership match at Sixways.
It was missed by referee Greg MacDonald and the other match officials.
Mills was cited by the citing commissioner for dangerous play on Rory Hutchinson of Northampton.
The RFU disciplinary panel said: "The panel were satisfied that the player did not intend to tackle his opponent dangerously but was reckless in the execution of the tackle.
"The panel found that the challenge was mistimed owing to a long lay-off through injury and lack of match fitness and was therefore a low-end offence.”
