We are a long established family run company specialising in the supply of treated timber and quality fencing products for all situations, agricultural, commercial and for the garden.
In our workshops we produce a wide range of gates, from simple garden gates to the highest quality drive entrance gates in hardwood and treated softwood.

Garden Fence Panels - We offer a wide range of fence panels to complement any garden or landscape design. Many examples can be seen at our yard. Posts, Caps and Finials - All the accessories you will need to erect your fence - Posts in many lengths and sizes, all pressure treated to give a long life Panel clips to secure your panels Metal post holders for every purpose Fast setting concrete to speed up the job Post caps and Finials Concrete Slotted Posts and Concrete gravel boards for fence panels. Trellis - Trellis panels are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes.
Palisade Fences - This fence can come in many types and sizes., Wattle and Willow Hurdles and Willow and Reed. Screening
Close boarded or Featheredge Fencing - This is a strong and versatile type of fence, from 900mm to 2.0 metre high. It is constructed on site using a post and rail framework with feather edge boards nailed vertically to horizontal rails; each featheredge board overlaps the next by 25mm to form a solid barrier. Timber or concrete posts can be used for this fence with a gravel board and capping if required.
Post and Rail Agricultural Fencing - This versatile fence is constructed using round or half round stakes and half round rails, or square sawn posts and rails. The number of rails on the fence can vary, two, three or four rails are common. Wire netting can be fixed to the rails to make the fence secure for smaller animals. Rails can be fixed to the posts using galvanized nails or in the case of sawn mortised post and rail, they pass through holes machined into the posts.
Cleft Chestnut Pale Fencing - Chestnut Paling is a ready- made fence. It comes in a 10 yard rolls which can be joined together to make any length of fence. It can be used as a permanent or temporary boundary, having attractive individually cleft pales joined with strong galvanised wires, this fence can be taken down and rolled up to be stored.
Wire Stock Fencing - Often used on farms for sheep and cattle and horses. The fence uses treated timber stakes and wire netting strained tight from larger posts at the ends of the fence and at every corner or sharp turn. Peeled and treated or machine round materials can be used. Peeled & Treated Posts & Rails. Machined Round Posts & Rail. Decking Boards - Available in two different sizes, 125mm wide and 150mm wide. All the boards have been pressure treated for long life and low maintenance and ribbed for an anti-slip surface. The lengths of the board may vary subject to stock availability, the usual lengths are:- 3.6m and 4.8m long 125mm 4.8m long 150mm wide boards Hand Rail and Balustrade Accessories Sawn & Treated Timber - Always in stock at our yard in Weston Sub-edge is a wide selection of pressure treated timber.
Drive Entrance Gates - These high quality gates are handmade in our workshops. They are made in the finest quality treated Redwood and in Hardwood (Iroko). Gate posts are available in Oak or treated softwood, also a wide range of hinges and catches, All the gates can be adapted to work with gate automation equipment. Tongue and Groove Gates constructed in treated Redwood or in Hardwood (Iroko) with a planed finish. Framed mortise and tenon and Ledge and braced gates are available in any size Close Boarded Gates - These gates are made in treated softwood and clad in the same featheredge boards used in close board fencing.
Metal Gates - These gates are available in sizes from 3ft (900mm) up to 16ft (4.8m), with a galvanised finish they will last for years. Each gate comes with two adjustable eye bolts and a spring loaded latch. They can be hung on metal or wooden posts.
Wooden 5 Bar Gates- These gates make an attractive entrance to any property, adding security and style. They are available as a Diamond Braced Gate, or as an Estate Gate - in Hardwood or Treated softwood.
Wooden Gate Posts - A large range of sizes are available from stock, all softwood wooden gate posts are pressure treated. The tops of gate posts can be shaped to order, we always have in stock flat and round top posts
Pergolas & Landscaping - a wide range of treated timber in a sawn or planed finish is available for the construction of your own custom-designed pergola.
Arches are a versatile way of adding height and interest to any garden; use as a gateway, Linking separate areas to each other, or against a wall or hedge to frame an urn or statue Available in a wide range of styles and finishes.
Landscaping - Archways, Obelisks, Sleepers - New or used sleepers are ideal for larger raised beds or retaining walls Log Rolls -Flexible half round log rolls in pressure treated timber.
Materials - Pegs and stakes in treated softwood, Treated edging boards. Treated lath or tile baton. Bird Mouth top post and rail - a very strong, single rail fence. Machine round bollards - treated timber for building retaining walls and raised beds.
Garden Sheds, Summer Houses, Wendy Houses, Workshops and Dog Kennels These buildings are locally made to a high standard using the best materials. Prices include the cost of delivery and erecting the unit on a level area of hard standing. Special sizes and designs are available by quotation.
