I am a Level 3 qualified fitness Instructor in Pilates and Pre & Post Natal Fitness Worcestershire area for 10 years.
Availability at the academy House which is located in the city centre.
Monday and Tuesday 6pm for 1hr and also 7.15pm for 1hr.
Prices are at £7 per session. Please bear in mind that classes are booked in blocks of 5 so the total for 5 weeks is £35. These are not returnable, non transferable.
One to one sessions are also available either at my studio, at a pre-booked public venue please see my website for costs.
