AN EXHIBITION at Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum in Foregate Street of letters, diaries and poems written by Worcestershire people during the First World War will be officially opened at an event from 3pm on Friday, October 31.
Chairman of Worcestershire County Council’s Joint Museums Committee Cllr Lucy Hodgson will open the World War One - In the Words of Worcestershire People exhibition while the county’s poet laureate Fergus the Poet will perform a reading.
The exhibition is being held until March 14 next year.
