JOHN THOMAS O'BRIEN 'JACK' Passed away peacefully at Worcester Royal Hospital on Saturday February 29th 2020 aged 96 years He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends A funeral service shall be held on Monday April 20th 2020 at Worcester Crematorium at 11:30am Attendance by immediate family only please Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Acorns Children's Hospice and County Air Ambulance can be left in donation box provided or sent to Holland Funeral Service, 71 Barnards Green Road Malvern WR14 3LS.
