JOHN BRIAN CORFIELD Passed away peacefully at home on June 7th, 2020, aged 70 years, following a long battle with illness. Much loved Husband of Carolyn and Father of Anthony. A private Interment will be held on June 23rd. A Memorial Service will take place later in the year. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired for St Richard's Hospice may be sent to E J Gumery & Son, 68/70 Ombersley Road, Worcester, WR3 7EU.

Carolyn & Anthony, so very sorry to hear your sad news ! I worked with John (although not in the same dept). I'm afraid to admit that he was one of my smoking buddy's ! A sometimes gruff exterior but with a soft centre, which definitely became softer as he neared his decided retirement ! Always a loyal employee, I am so glad that he did have several years to do whatever HE wanted. He always spoke very fondly of Anthony.
Keep strong for each other ! Wishing you both my sympathy & best wishes.
