VICTOR HENRY DUGGAN Formerly of Worcester City Council Parks Department. Passed away peacefully at home on 26th September, 2020, aged 87 years. Loving Husband, Father, Grandad and Great Grandad. A private Cremation will take place. Flowers or donations, if desired for St Richard's Hospice may be sent to E J Gumery & Son, 68/70 Ombersley Road, Worcester, WR3 7EU.
