JACK DYER Jack passed away at Acorns Children's Hospice on November 14th, aged 16. Much adored Son of Sharon and Dale, Brother to Harry and Charlie and Grandson of Maureen and Graham. A Service will be held at The Vale Crematorium, Fladbury, on Friday, November 27th, at 11 a.m., attended by close Family and dear Friends. Jack touched so many lives during his short life and will be sorely missed by all.
