BROOKS Derek Sadly passed away one year ago today. In tears we saw you sinking and watched you pass away. Our hearts were almost broken, we wanted you to stay. When we saw you sleeping so peacefully, how could we wish you back to suffer all over again. Dear Husband to Pat, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad. Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts xxx
