SIER Eileen Muriel May Alan and Family would wish to thank Friends, Neighbours and Colleagues who sent cards and letters and attended Eileen's Funeral and for the generous donations gratefully received for Acorns Children's Hospice. We would also like to thank the Ambulance Crew, A&E Staff and Avon 3 Nurses for all their help and kindness, not forgetting the Reverend Canon Chris Clarke for the perfect service to celebrate the life of Eileen. Kind regards also to Hannah and all the Staff at Co-op Funeralcare. With love and thanks Alan and Family.
