PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath LI-704, Leigh)(Temporary Closure Order) 2019

Proposed Order: to close Footpath LI-704, Leigh for its entire length.

The Order is being made due to construction works taking place.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A4103 Halfkey Road, Leigh Footpath LI-702, Malvern Footpath MV-552, B4503 Leigh Sinton and Leigh Footpath LI-705, and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever istheearlier.However,itisanticipatedthat the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 1 October 2019.

(Delamere Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2019

Proposed Order: to close that part of Delamere Road from its junction with C2260 Madresfield Road to its junction with Stanley Road. Reason: Lay New Ducting.

Exemptions:to permitaccessto anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected wherethere isno other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2260 Madresfield Road, Stanley Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 30 September 2019.

(B4503 Newtown Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close that part of B4503 Newtown Road from its junction with U63527 Hornyold Road to itsjunction with U63526 Hornyold Avenue. Reason: New Customer Water Connection. Exemptions:to permitaccessto anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected wherethere isno other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4503 Newtown Road, B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Lower Interfields, B4503 Malvern Road, A4103 Leigh Sinton, A4103 Bransford, A4440 Grove Way, A4440 Hams Way, A449 The Village, A449 Malvern Road, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 7 September 2019.

(Link Footpath F60302 Albert Road North, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F60302 Albert Road North, from its junction with B4211 Church Street to its junction with U63204 Victoria Road.

Reason: Carriageway Reconstruction. Exemptions:to permitaccessto anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected wherethere isnoother form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative routes: Phase 1: B4211 Church Street and U63204 Victoria Road. Phase 2: U63211 Cockshot Road, U63210 Clerkenwell Crescent and U63208 Sling Lane. Phase3:C2232GrahamRoad,U63219MoorlandsRoad, U63211 CockshotRoad,U63210Clerkenwell Crescent,

U63208 Sling Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration:

17 daysCommencing:30September2019.

(Bell Lane, Hanley )(Temporary Closure) Order

2019

Proposed Order : to close that part of Bell Lane from itsjunction withB4204Broadheath toitsjunctionwith U95207 Broadheath. Reason: Kerbing works.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandor premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U95207 Broadheath, B4204 Broadheath and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 30 September 2019.
