PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2019 [Prohibition of Waiting on A449 Worcester Road and Alexandra Road, Malvern] On 24 October 2019 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Malvern:

A449 Worcester Road (north side) from its junction with Alexandra Road for a distance of 20 metres in a north easterly direction and 20 metres in a south westerly direction; A449 Worcester Road (south side)

from its junction with Graham Road, in a south westerly direction, to a point 51 metres south west of its junction with Alexandra Road. Alexandra Road (east side) from its junction with A449 Worcester Road for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction; Alexandra Road (west side) from its junction with A449 Worcester Road for a distance of 17 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 14 November 2019.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern WR14 3AF and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Footpaths EF-500 & EF-752, Eldersfield and BR-558, Berrow and PK-519, Pendock)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 27 April 2017 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpaths EF-500 & EF-752, Eldersfield and BR-558, Berrow and PK-519, Pendock for their entire lengths which was due to expire on 11 November 2019 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 11 November 2021 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary

of State.

The Order has been made because of the likelihood ofdanger to the public as aresultofan unsafe bridge. No alternative route available.

(Halfkey Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2019

Order Made: to close thatpartofHalfkeyRoad from its junction with Kinnersley Road to its junction with B4503 Leigh Sinton Road Reason: Duct Clearance Work. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, Westward Road, Kinnersley Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 11 November 2019.

(C2102 Newland, Newland)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2019

Order Made: to close that part of C2102 Newland from its junction with A449 Worcester Road to its junction with C2102 Newland. Reason: Severn TrentWorks.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2102 Newland, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 14 November 2019.
