(A44 Worcester Road, Norton and Lenchwick) (Temporary 20 mph Speed Limit) Order) 2020 ProposedOrder: to imposeatemporary20mph speed limit on that part of A44 Worcester Road 280 metres west of C2121 Chadbury Road for a distance of 450 metres in a northerly direction. Reason: New/Replacement Water Main. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 51 days Commencing: 11 March 2020.

(C2263 Rous Lench to Ab Lench, South Lenches) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Proposed Order: to close thatpartofRous Lench to Ab Lench from itsjunction with C2263 Ab Lench Roadfor a distance of 125 metres in a southerly direction. Reason: New/Replacement Electrical Cable. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2263 Rous Lench to Ab Lench, C2022 The Green, C2011 Radford Road, C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Road, C2011 Low Road, C2263 Main Street, C2263 Ab Lench and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 9 March 2020.

(A4104 Terrace Road, Pinvin) (Temporary Closure)

Order 2020

Order Made: to close thatpartofA4104 Terrace Road from itsjunction with A44AllensHill toitsjunction with C2222 Walcot Lane.

Reason: Pinvin Major Scheme (upgrading junction). Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A44 Abbey View Road, B4083 Wyre Hill, B4083 Wyre Road, A4104 Station Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days Commencing: 15 February 2020.

(U44712 Peewit Road, Evesham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2020

Proposed Order: to close that part of U44712 Peewit Road from its junction with U44713 New Road to its junction with B4084 Pershore Road. Reason: New/ReplacementWater Main Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4084 Pershore Road, U44713 New Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 30 days Commencing: 9 March 2020.

(Blacksmiths Lane, Cropthorne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020

Proposed Order: to closethatpartofBlacksmithsLane from its junction with C2022 Main Streetto its junction with Field Barn Lane.

Reason: Drainage Work/Flood Alleviations. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2022 Main Street, Middle Lane, Field Barn Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 9 March 2020.

(C2047 Station Road, Offenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020

Order Made: to close thatpartofC2047 Station Road from its junction with B4510 Evesham Road to its junction with U45207 Merry Lane. Reason: New customer water connection. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4510 Evesham Road, C2050 BennettsHill,C2050LongHydeRoad,B4085 Station Road, B4085 Blackminster, C2047 Station Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 17 February 2020.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath NM-545 (part), North and Middle Littleton)(Temporary Closure Order) 2020 Proposed Order: to close part of Footpath NM-545, North and Middle Littleton.

The Order is being made due to works taking place in relation to the construction of a housing development which may cause the likelihood of danger to the public. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: North and Middle Littleton footpaths NM-537, NM-543, U45032 Manor Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 9 March 2020.

(Various Roads, Radford) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2000 (Revocation) and (C2010, C2011 Radford Road and UC43602 Mill Lane, Radford) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2020 On 30 January 2020 Worcestershire County Council madean Order theeffectofwhich will betoupdatethe 40 mph speed limitson the following lengths ofroads in Radford: -

C2010 from a point 125 metres west of its junction with UC43602 Mill Lane for a distance of 1960 metres in an easterly direction.

C2011 Radford Road from its junction with C2010for

a distance of 100 metres in a southerly direction.

UC43602 Mill Lane for its entire length.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces

Vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 20 February 2020.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Evesham Library, Oat Street, Evesham, Worcs., WR11 4PJ and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

(District of Wychavon - Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 [Prohibition of Waiting on Broadway Road, Evesham]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order theeffectofwhich will betoprohibitwaiting atanytimeon the followingsides and lengths ofroads in Evesham:-

Broadway Road (north side) from its junction with BroadwayRoad / Elm Road roundabout for a distance of 33 metres in a south easterly direction; from a point47 metres of its junction with Broadway Road / Elm Road roundabout for a distance of 16 metres in a south easterly direction; (south side) from its junction with Broadway Road / Elm Road roundaboutfor a distance of 47 metres in a south easterly direction; from its junction with Durcott Lane for a distance of 23 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
