NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP AND CREATION OF NEW FOOTPATH ORDER
Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Schedule 14 Wychavon District Council Public Path Stopping Up and Creation of New Footpath Order 2020 Footpath 552 (Part), Pershore, Worcestershire
The above Order was made on 4 June 2020.
The effect of the Order will be to STOP UP the existing Footpath No. 552 (part) Pershore, which runs from Point A (OS Map reference 39498 24458) for approximately 105 metres across garden land In an overall northwesterly direction through to Point B (OS Map reference 39490 24464) and on In a westerly direction for approximately 6 metres to Point C (OS Map reference 39489 24464) where It continues as Footpath No.552, all as shown on the plan annexed to the Order (the Order Plan).
The overall length of the path is approximately 111 metres and Is shown as a bold black line on the Order Plan.
AND CREATE a new footpath which shall run from Point A (OS Map reference 39498 24458) In a west-northwesterly direction along a driveway for approximately 15 metres to Point E (OS Map reference 39496 24459), then north-westerly along the driveway for approximately 25 metres to Point D (OS Map reference 39494 24460) and then continue In a north-westerly direction along the edge of a field for approximately 67 metres to Point C (OS Map reference 39489 24464) where It continues as Footpath 552, all as shown on the Order Plan.
The new footpath shall be unenclosed and 2 metres in width, nominally level In Its cross axis, with a clear verge of 1 metre on either side, and will be approximately 107 metres in length, as shown as bold black dashes on the Order Plan.
A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre at the address below during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.00.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered In writing addressed to The Legal Services Manager, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR101PT (ref. Legal/PMH/FP1.67) not later than 28 July 2020. Please state the grounds on which It Is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wychavon District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order Is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
