Fisher German LLP on behalf of Severn Trent Water Limited has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on 'Smithmoor Common'. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The proposed works are: replacement of an existing sewer pipe. A temporary working area will be required with temporary fencing extending to approx. 160m2 metres (area), for the duration of the works.
The works will be located within the access track to Smithmoor Common, south of the A4104 and west of Baughton.
