Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area] [Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting on A456 Birmingham Road and Tabbs Gardens, Kidderminster] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Kidderminster-
A4S6 Birmingham Road from its junction with Tabbs Gardens for a distance of 15m in an easterly direction and 15m in a westerly direction. Tabbs Gardens (east side) from its junction with A456 Birmingham Road for a distance of 21.5m in a southerly direction; (west side) from its junction with A456 Birmingham Road for a distance of 18m in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civi I enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. (Footpath KF-501, Kidderminster Foreign) [Temporary Closure) Order 2020
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 10 September 2020 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath KF-501, Kidderminster Foreign for its entire length, which was due to expire on 21 March 2021 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 30 June 2021 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. The Order has been made due to maintenance works by Severn Trent in relation to its water abstraction assets at Trimpley Reservoir.
Alternative route: via Footpath KF-504, Bridleway KF-507, U13008 Eyemore Wood Lane, Footpath KF-510, Footpath KF-511 and vice versa. (Drake Crescent, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order: to close that part of Drake Crescent
from its junction with U12234 St Pauls Avenue to its
junction with Ul 2232 St Albans Avenue.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent
Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U12231 Drake Crescent, U12207 Canterbury Road, Ul 2234 St Pauls Avenue and vice versa Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 26 April 2021. [C2239 Astley, Astley and Dunley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of C2239 Astley from its junction with U64212 Astley to its junction with B4196 Astley.
Reason: Carriageway Patching by WCC Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4196 Astley, U64212 Astley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing: 6 April 2021. [U64212 Astley, Astley And Dunley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of U64212 Astley from its junction with C2239 Astley to its junction with B4196 Astley.
Reason: Carriageway patching. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4196 Astley, C2239 Astley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing: 6 April 2021. [Borrington Road, KidderminsterJfTemporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of Borrington Road from its junction with A448 Comberton Road to its junction with Ul 2570 Comberton Avenue. Reason: valve renewal by Severn Trent. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 Comberton Road, A449 Chester Road North, A456 Birmingham Road U12527 Husum Way, Ul 2527 Tennyson Way, Ul 2527 Borrington Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
J days Commencing: 5 April 2021.
[Abberley Avenue, Stourport On Severn)
[Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of Abberley Avenue
from its junction with B4196 Areley Common to its
junction with Ul 1016 Redhouse Road.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Ul 1016 Redhouse Road, B4196
Areley Common and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
14 days Commencing: 1 April 2021.
