NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTY PLANNING ACT 1990 S.257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. MV-880 (PART)
MALVERN PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021 The above order was made on 13th April 2021. The effect of the order will be to divert that length and the whole width of public footpath no. MV-880, Malvern, running from point A, Ordnance Survey 'OS' grid reference SO 78276 45086, in a generally easterly direction for approximately 80 metres to point B, grid reference SO 78356 45087 to a line running from point C, grid reference SO 78275 45087 in a generally north-easterly direction for approximately 12 metres to point D, grid reference SO 78285 45093; continuing in a generally easterly direction for approximately 44 metres to point E, grid reference SO 78329 45093; then continuing across the road in a generally easterly direction for approximately 10 metres to point F, grid reference SO 78338 45093; before continuing in a generally east-south-easterly direction for approximately 19 metres to terminate at point B, grid reference SO 78356 45087, as shown on the order map. A copy of the order and order map may be seen free of charge at The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, WR14 3AF between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm on Mondays to Thursdays and between 9.00am and 4.00 pm on Fridays. If no such representations are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Malvern Hills District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
