The Council have made an Order to close that part of Farm Road, Redditch, from its junction with Sillins Avenue to its junction with Arthur Street in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerbing works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be
Alternative route: Sillins Avenue, Holloway Lane,
Arthur Streetand vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days: Commencing: 3 January 2017.
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Loxley Close, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create
a disabled persons' parking place on the following
length and side of road in Redditch:
Loxley Close (north side) from a point 13 metres
west of its junction with Loxley Close for a distance of
2.5 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of
contraventions of waiting prohibitions and
restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email firstname.lastname@example.org to be received by 25 January 2017.
