Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U13211 Kinver Lane, Caunsall, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U13211 Kinver Lane, Caunsall, Kidderminster from its junction with C2128 Kinver Road to its junction with C2013 Caunsall Road in orderto facilitate drainage works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2013 Caunsall Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, U1312 Austcliffe Lane, C2013 Bridge Road, C2128 Kinver Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 33 days Commencing:
5 June 2017.
(Barrow Hill Lane, Drayton, Chaddesley Corbett)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Barrow Hill Lane, Drayton, Chaddesley Corbettfrom its junction with C2017 Drayton Road to its junction with Broome Hill in orderto facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Bourne's Green Road, Chaddesley Lane, Tanwood Lane,
Woodrow Lane and C2017 Drayton Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
6 June 2017.
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Clarence Street, Kidderminster]
On 27 April 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:
Clarence Street (east side) from a point 79.4 metres north east of its junction with
Leswell Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 18 May 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made
(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Hurcott Road and Batham Road, Kidderminster]
On 27 April 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect
of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster:
Hurcott Road (north side) from its junction with Batham Road for a distance of
11.6 metres in a westerly direction and 14 metres in an easterly direction. Batham Road (west side) from its junction with Hurcott Road for a distance of 11.5 metres in a northerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Hurcott Road for a distance of 11 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
