civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow

parking/access for certain purposes. and limited waiting by disabled persons'

vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on

25 May 2017.

Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected atMalvern Hills

District Council, Community Safety and

Resilience Manager, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 3AF, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,

Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in

making the Order or this exercise of

them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Enforcement Area) (Waiting

Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Church Road and Jamaica Road, Malvern]

Worcestershire County Council are to

consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any

time on the following lengths and sides

of roads in Malvern:

Church Road (north side) from its junction with Jamaica Road for a distance of 23 metres in a westerly direction and 20 metres in an easterly direction. Jamaica Road (both sides)

from its junction with Church Road for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly

direction.

The Order will vary the above

Consolidation Order (which provides for

civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow

parking/access for certain purposes and

limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing

to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Community Safety and Resilience Manager, The Council House, Avenue

Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 3AF, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2206 Stocks Lane Level Crossing, Newland)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2206 Stocks Lane Level Crossing, Newland from its junction with C2206 Service Road on Worcester Road to its junction with U62241 Hoopers Close in

order to allow access to tracks with an

RRV and deliver ballast to the crossing. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be

undertaken.

A4103 Leigh Sinton, B4503 Malvern Road, B4503 Lower Interfields, B4503 Upper Interfields, B4503 Leigh Sinton Road, B4503 Newton Road, A449

(Footpaths WD-520, WD-521, WD-527 and WD-528, Welland) (Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Proposed Order: to close Footpaths WD-520, WD-521, WD-527 and WD-528, Welland for their entire lengths in order

to facilitate new housing development works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any

land or premises having a frontage to the

highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route: is via Footpaths WD-526 and WD-525, Welland, A4104 Drake Street, Footpaths WD-529 and WD-530, Welland, and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6

months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

However, it is anticipated that the Order

will only be operative for 6 months
