Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U64203 Little Witley, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U64203 Little Witley, Malvern from its junction with C2241 Ockeridge for a distance of 160 metres in a northerly direction in order to facilitate BT broadband works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2241 Ockeridge, C2241 Ockeridge Lane, A443 Witley Road, A443 Little Witley, U64202 Well Lane, U64203 Little Witley and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing:

30 October 2017.



(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Restriction of Waiting and Prohibition of waiting and Disabled Persons' Parking Places on Henry Street, St Georges Walk and St George's Lane North, Worcester] On 12 October 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to REPLACE restriction of waiting Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester: Henry Street (both sides) from its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 4.8 metres in a northerly direction. St George's Walk (west side) from its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 12.7 metres in a northerly direction and extend the prohibition of waiting at any time for a further 7.3 metres in a northerly direction, (east side) from its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 7.7 metres in a northerly direction. Revoke restriction of

waiting Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and replace with disabled persons' parking place (east side) from a point 7.7 metres north of its junction with

St George's Lane North for a distance of 5 metres in a northerly direction and extend the disabled persons' parking places for a further distance of 6.1 metres in a northerly direction. St George's Lane North (north side) from its junction with Henry Street to

its junction with St George's Walk; from its junction with St George's Walk for a

distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction; from its junction with Henry Street for a distance of 1.4 metres in a westerly direction (south side) from its junction with St George's Lane South for a distance of 26.3 metres in a north westerly direction and 24 metres in a south easterly direction. EXTEND disabled persons' parking places:-St Georges Walk (west side) from a point 69 metres north of its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 25.8 metres in a northerly direction .The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 2 November 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

On 12 October 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:- Sunnyside Road (west) (both sides) from its junction with Sunnyside Road (north) and St George's Walk for a distance of 12 metres in a

westerly direction. Sunnyside Road (north) (west side) from its junction with

Sunnyside Road (west) for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited

waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 2 November 2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive,

Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road,

Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

Close, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to restrict waiting Monday - Friday 8.30am - 9.00am and 2.45pm - 3.45pm

on the following lengths and sides of road in Worcester: St Alban's Close (east

side) from a point 10 metres north of its junction with Peterborough Close for the remainder of its length; a distance of 77 metres; (west side) from a point 26 metres north of its junction with Peterborough Close for adistance of 4 metres in a northerly

direction; from a point 73 metres north of its junction with Peterborough Close

for the remainder of its length; a distance of 11 metres.

Revoke prohibition of waiting:-Peterborough Close (both sides) from a point

31 metres west of its junction with St. Alban's Close for a distance of 9 metres in a south westerly direction.



The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited

waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service

Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall,

Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/ representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.ukto be received by 23 November 2017.

(C2010 Gooms Hill, Abbots Morton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Order made: to close that part of C2010 Gooms Hill from its junction with C2011

Radford Road to its junction with U43601 Berrington Road in order to facilitate network cable blockage works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2011 Radford Road, C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Road,

C2011 Low Road, C2011 Atch Lench Road, C2011 Atch Lench Road to Leys Road, C2011 Leys Road, B4088 Alcester Road (Warwickshire) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 30 October 2017.

(U43207 Kington Lane, Kington)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U43207 Kington Lane, Kington from its junction with A422 Alcester Road to its junction with U43207 Kington Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U43207 Kington Lane, C2010 Radford Road, U43209 Old Hill,

A422 Alcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 30 October 2017.
