WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(U63206 Zetland Road, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U63206 Zetland Road, Malvern from its junction with A449 Worcester Road to its junction with C2232 Graham Road in order to facilitate footway and kerb replacement works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2232 Graham Road, U63224 Moorlands Road, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days Commencing: 22 November 2017.
(Dukes Way, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Dukes Way, Malvern from its junction with Dukes Way to its junction with Poolbrook Road (slip road) in order to facilitate lighting replacementworks.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premisesfrontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
No alternative route available.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 11 December 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Rectory Road and Furlongs Road, Upton Upon Severn]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Upton Upon Severn:-
Rectory Road (north east side) from its junction with Furlongs Road for a distance of 15 metres in a north westerly direction and 15 metres in a south easterly direction. FurlongsRoad (north west side)from its junction with RectoryRoad for adistance of 20 metres in a north easterly direction; (south east side) from its junction with Rectory Road for a distance of 18.7 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire. gov.uk to be received by15 December 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (WaitingRestrictionsand StreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition ofWaitingand Revocation of Limited Waiting and Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Merton Road, Malvern]
On 9 November 2017 Worcestershire CountyCouncil made an Order the effectof which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths ofroad in Malvern:-
Merton Road (north side) from a point 38.5 metres west of its junction with Richmond Road for adistance of4 metres in anorth westerlydirection; (northwest arm of Merton Road crossroads 2.5 metres around the crossroad arm; (west side) from the Merton Road crossroads for a distance of 4.9 metres in a southerly direction. Revocation of 2 hours limited waiting to be replaced with prohibition of waiting at any time; (north side) from a point 33.5 metres west of its junction with Richmond Road for adistance of5 metres in awesterlydirection; (westside) from a point59.5 metreswestthen south ofitsjunction with Richmond Road for adistance of 5 metres in a southerly direction. Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place to be replaced with limited waiting 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm No return within 2 hours; (northwest side) from a point 22.8 metres north east of its junction with Hampden Road for a distance of 7 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 23 November 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order
may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road,
Malvern, Worcs., WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP
during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
