The effect of the order will be to divert that length and the whole width of public footpath no. CM-519, Castlemorton, running from point A, Ordnance Survey "OS" OS grid reference SO 79827 39025, the northern end of footpath CM-519 on the public highway, in a south-south-westerly direction for 144 metres to point B, OS grid reference SO 79795 38884, to a line running from point C, OS grid reference SO
79820 39029, a point on the public highway, in a
south-westerly direction for 8 metres to point X, grid reference SO 79814 39024, then continuing in a south-south-westerly direction for 46 metres to point Y, grid reference SO 79804 38980, then continuing in a south-south-westerly direction for 72 metres to point D, grid reference SO 79790 38912, then continuing in south-south-easterly direction for 25 metres to point B, grid reference
SO 79795 38884, as shown on the order map.

Copies of the order and map may be obtained there.
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent in writing to: Planning Services Manager, Malvern Hills District Council, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 3AF, or via e mail to planningapplicationcomments@malvernhills.gov.uk, not later than 10th December 2018. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Malvern Hills District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
