NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 - SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE 14

WORCESTER CITY COUNCIL THE WORCESTER CITY COUNCIL (BRIDLEWAY NO. WR-938MPARTKNO. 31 PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2019

The above Order was confirmed by Worcester City Council on 18th April 2019.

The effect of the Order as confirmed will be to divert part of the public bridleway WR-938 running from a point between Diglis Weir and Worcester Sewage Works (Point A) (Grid Ref: 84620 53545) and running in a generally north­easterly direction for 75 metres to a point (Point B) (Grid Ref: SO 84668 53600) where it meets Bridleways WR-936 and WR-941 and shown by a bold black line running between the points marked A and B on the Order map to a line running from Point A in a generally north-easterly direction for 71 metres to a point (Point C) (Grid Ref SO 84662 53602) where it joins Bridleway WR936 and shown by a bold black broken line running between the points A and C on the Order map. The bridleway is to be four metres in width along its entire length.

A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order map has been deposited at Customer Service Centre Worcester and may be seen free of charge at Customer Service Centre The Hive Sawmill Walk The Butts Worcester WR1 3PB between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and the map may be bought there at the price of £5.00.

This Order comes into force on the date that Worcester City Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
