Hi, I’m Felix, the new Gardening Blogger/Writer for The Shuttle. I’ve always been a passionate gardener, since I was a small lad pottering about Granny’s garden.I left school at sixteen and went straight to the internationally renowned Pershore College of Horticulture, leaving with a very respectable National Diploma and a plethora of other small course qualifications. To compliment my qualifications I have worked as Head Gardener on a large private estate, worked at a mixed plant nursery and done my fair share of garden design. Shortly after leaving Pershore I moved to Newcastle-Upon-Tyne to study for my politically-focused degree (a bit of a leap from horticulture!) and whilst there I became self-employed as a Chocolatier. I then used my horticultural background to grow a range of native and exotic herbal and floral plants to infuse with chocolate truffles, bars and bouchees creating a range of botanical chocolates.
